2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@maxhato.net or call (561) 686-3955 within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions for returning the item. In some cases, we may provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to include with your return package.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to us at the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that:
- The cost of shipping and handling for the original order is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
- If you received a discount, promotion, or special offer at the time of purchase, the refunded amount may reflect the adjusted price of the product after the discount.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend processing a return for the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you get the correct product promptly. We do not charge additional shipping for exchanges, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for the item being exchanged.
If the product you want to exchange for is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

In such cases, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used software, games, or other media

7. Cancellations

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Maxhato does not cover return shipping fees for international returns, and we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process.
